Anneke is a consultant, coach, training facilitator and CEDR Accredited Mediator with expertise in Dispute Resolution, strategic Employee Relations and Diversity & Inclusion. She uses data and other relevant analysis to identify trends and to design and implement strategic and transformative solutions for clients.She has a successful track record in dispute resolution (formal and informal), management/ team training design and delivery, leadership coaching, project management, strategy design and implementation (e.g. Employee Engagement, Diversity & Inclusion), complex negotiations, organisational design and change management, TUPE (including cross-border) and M&A. She has and continues to work across several jurisdictions, including the United Kingdom, South Africa, Ireland, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and Australia.
She coaches individuals on a range of topics and enjoys partnering with clients to help them achieve their goals and realise their potential. Anneke holds an undergraduate Business and Industrial Psychology degree, a postgraduate Honours degree specialising in Industrial Relations and a Law (LLB) degree. She has successfully completed the postgraduate Legal Practice Course (LPC) in the UK and is a CEDR Accredited Mediator. She is a member of the CIPD and is a NLP Practitioner (with Neuroscience), currently working towards her International Coaching Federation (ICF) Accreditation. Anneke is also currently doing a Foundation Course with the Guild of Analytical Psychologists (G.A.P.)
