Anneke is a consultant, coach, training facilitator and CEDR Accredited Mediator with expertise in Dispute Resolution, strategic Employee Relations and Diversity & Inclusion. She uses data and other relevant analysis to identify trends and to design and implement strategic and transformative solutions for clients. She has and continues to work across several jurisdictions, including the United Kingdom, South Africa, Ireland, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and Australia.
She coaches on a range of topics and enjoys partnering with clients to help them identify their authentic ambitions and work towards their potential and joy. Anneke holds an undergraduate Business and Industrial Psychology degree, a postgraduate Honours degree specialising in Industrial Relations and a Law (LLB) degree from Birkbeck College. She has successfully completed the postgraduate Legal Practice Course (LPC) in the UK and is a CEDR Accredited Mediator. In addition to completing the Mastering the Coach approach with ITS to become a certified coach, she is a member of the CIPD and a NLP Practitioner (with Neuroscience) and is currently working towards her International Coaching Federation (ICF) Accreditation. Anneke successfully completed the Foundation Course with the Guild of Analytical Psychologists (G.A.P.) and is currently a board trustee member of the Guild of Analytical Psychologists (G.A.P) and of Surrey Family Mediation Services (SFMS).
